In contrast, the remaining respondents either lack knowledge or are indifferent to the issue. Respondents who seek better representation explained feeling marginalized when Mexican culture is misrepresented, disrespected, or not adequately understood. On the other hand, those who expressed apathy towards the issue believe that not every aspect of culture needs to be inclusive and are content as long as the game includes Latino characters.

How do you feel about the use of Mexican culture on a video game character that is not Mexican, and what does it make you feel?

Some individuals may object to the use of cultural elements on non-Mexican characters. However, some may appreciate such a gesture as a nod to their culture, provided it is done with respect and a sense of goodwill.
